Returns Policy
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item for store credit or exchange it for a new item within 30 days of the receipt of your purchase. Please note items received outside of the specified returns period will not be accepted.
Items must be shipped within 14 days of receiving your return shipping label. Items sent after 14 days will not be accepted. Please note, you must use our return portal to return your items. Items returned without using our portal will not be accepted.
With limited exceptions, valid returns are refunded in the form of store credit. Damaged or defective items will be subject to an exchange if in stock.
All store credit, refunds, and/or exchanges that are due will be issued within 3 to 5 business days after the return is processed. All final sale items are marked as such and cannot be returned for store credit.
Return Labels: We provide these labels to you via email or browser download if your product is eligible. All returns are charged a $5 restocking fee. If it is agreed that your product was damaged before arriving to you, we will refund you that restocking fee. Once you have created a return label, you must mail that package within 14 days.

We currently ship to the contiguous 48 US states, Canada, Mexico, Central & South America, Europe, Asia, and more. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, between 9 a.m. – 5 p.m. PST. We do not ship on major holidays or weekends. Orders placed over a weekend are typically processed on the next business day. An order placed by noon PST & 3pm EST is usually processed the same day - 72 hours, though our policy is officially 5 days from receipt of order.
